A few things about billing.

What counts toward my allowance?

The audio you create, measured in narration minutes. Replaying or downloading an existing episode does not use more time. We reserve an estimate first and settle the finished duration, capped at that estimate. Failed and cancelled generation releases its reservation.

What happens when I run out?

New narration pauses. You can upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing month. We never charge automatic overages. Your published episodes and podcast feed stay available.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes. Manage billing opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Upgrades show any prorated payment before confirmation; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. Unused monthly time does not roll over.

Is the trial a permanent free plan?

It is a one-time allowance of 30 minutes, with no card and no time limit. It includes the same feed, voice and agent features as paid plans. Choose a subscription when you need more narration.

How do refunds work?

Email [email protected] from your account address. We review requests fairly. Cancelling your subscription is always available through Manage billing.
